HIGH VELOCITY MOVES

Overview

High Velocity Moves (or HVMs) are a subset of aggression bars.  HVMs are showing you when the market is moving swiftly in one direction or another.  

Most of the time, HVMs are accompanied by aggression bars.  However, they're a nice redundancy to show when the market has a lot of "energy" even if an aggression bar doesn't form.
